Service Description. This Site describes Water Damage Restoration, Home Renovation, Carpentry Services, Basement Waterproofing, Mold Remediation provided by Phipps Renovation & Maintenance. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://phippsrenovationmaintenance.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Phipps Renovation & Maintenance or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Phipps Renovation & Maintenance makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. Phipps Renovation & Maintenance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of VA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in VA.
